Well guys I am all ready to take the plunge and buy a new XD9 Tactical model. I talked with Rich over at Canyon Creek today and he is going to do all of the gunsmithing for my new pistol. I am going to have pretty much everything done, but what I am unsure about is what type of sights I should use? I have looked at all the options that Pisol-Gear.com and XD-HS200.com have available, but do not know what I like the best.

So what are you guys using?? I am leaning towards just having a front fiber optic site put in because when I am shooting quickly that is about all I see.

One more thing has anyone installed one of teh XS Big Sights??? They look interesting as well.

I had a Dawson Precision fiber optic on my 5" before I sold it to my roommate and I thought it was good. It's about $50.

If you are going to compete, run with Dawsons. There is a reason why all of the top shooter have Dawsons on their guns, at least in the front.

If you want, I can send them to Rich directly for the install.
