I couldn't stand it any more... I just had to have a new toy so today picked up a S&W M&P 340CT. Man it's light! :mrgreen:

I picked up some Gold Dot .38 +P short barrel ammo for it too.

Okay... now I'm broke again. (he he he!)

I really dont want to imagine how bad it must be to actually shoot 357 in a gun like that....
I love my 638 though. I carry the gold dot +p as well. My .45's get hst, but everything else is gold dots. Tried and true.

Very nice! I have a 462 with the CT grips. Those Gold Dots do well out of these short barrels.

Nice! I have one just like it. Next time you want to feel 'manly', shoot some full-house 158gr .357Mag semi-wadcutters. I doubt you'll want to send more than 15rds or so downrange

The GDSB .38 +Ps are a great load that is not too unpleasant to practice with.
