Anyone know if the Mod.2/XDM style takedown lever will work on a XD? If so James can you get ahold of them yet? Pistol gear maybe???? Also why didn't Springfield add the match grade barrel to the mod.2? Maybe not as useful on a SC but if they come out with Mod.2 service and tacticals it would be another selling point.

nope. Not properly anyways, It is to long as it hits the front the slide. Mod.2 the is smooth now as with the original it is not.

There no match barrel since the firearm is internally the exact same as the original XD
