Honestly I don't know how the premium membership works, It was available when the board was changed over to the new format a while back. I know a few others have inquired about it also but I don't think it's ever been offered again.

Do you need a de-coder ring too?

I had sent them 20$ right before they converted to the new format, but i never got a title under my name.
