My Dad has two M1's I think one was made by Franklin Mint? its Brand new never been fired or for that matter not even touched by human hands unless white gloves were worn. It has all kinds of marking making reference to WWII Victory Commemorative something. He also has another M1 I believe its from the Korean War era My dad has never fired it but its in good shape. Wondering what they were worth and How can I sell them. My Dad is elderly now and wants to sell them. He's had them for at least 25 years or so?

I would go sign up at Gunbroker.com and sell them at auction.
As for price, I would let the market dictate that. There is no telling how much they would bring from an avid collector, suffice it to say, it would be alot.
A 6 million numbered garand sells for about 1500 in great shape these days.
So your Dad's would be much higher than that I believe.

Or try the CMP forum, many collectors of these over there, but you need 50 or 75 post I think, to sell there, or be a CMP customer in the past.
