I just purchased my first handgun, an XD40 subcompact. I'm looking for the best accessories including light, laser, and left-handed concealed holster.

I want a red laser that can be activated with and without the light. The holster needs to be left-handed and concealed, but also capable of holstering the gun with the light/laser attached.

Any recommendations on which laser, light, and holster to purchase? I'm very new to handguns in general, so any advice would be appreciated. I'm having trouble finding a combination of accessories that all work well together (especially for a lefty).

Thanks for the recommendation! However I read in this thread http://www.xdtalk.com/forums/general-hs2k-sa-xd-talk/76295-laser-light-combo-x2l-m6-tlr-2-a.html that the TRL-2 won't fit on the subcompact rail. Is this correct?

I can't personally recommend a laser/light combo, but I would like to recommend this link for your holster:

The Malabar Front

They already have holsters fitted for a variety of laser/light combos, can make one for lefties (I'm a lefty too,) and if they don't have what you want, they'll make it for you.
