Yikes! I think I'd buy another XD before I dropped that much coin on a laser. I'm kinda curious as to what the new TruGlo laser sight is going to be like as far as performance. Hell, for $40 I'm going to take a chance as soon as Old School gets some in.

Last time I looked the Glock Lasermax's msrp'd for 399, and you can pick them up for 279 local in N.C. Dont always let MSRP's scare ya....
