Two stages, first light and the second very light compared to stock GI, almost a "hair" second stage pull. I love it!

Well, it really makes a difference. I could only try it at 50 yards because the club range was being set up for a competition but I was able to get much tighter groups than usual with the GI type trigger. Not too light a pull for me but I haven't tried shooting in any dynamic or stressed exercises yet. I think I will be fine with it because the first stage is so predictably smooth and the stop pronounced enough. Practice should make using it pretty intuitive.
