My very first pistol I owned myself was a Springfield XDM 9mm. I sold it some time ago. I've went through my fair share of pistols and obtained a much larger collection since then (wife just shakes her head now). My last purchase (Sig P226 Tacops .40) just didn't feel at home. It was my least shot firearm in my collection. While looking for a perspective buyer for the Sig I pretty much decided on getting another XDM but this time a 5.25 and in .40 to replace the .40 I'm selling. Found a buyer and ordered my XDM the same day. I also couldn't beat the GearUp promotion. Taking her out to shoot tonight. Can't wait!!

Congrats on the new purchase from a fellow PA guy. I just passed on a 5.25 to get my OD framed 3.8 in .40. This is my first .40 in quite some time and my first XDM in an even longer time

Thanks. Everyone.

Range report. On Wednesday at my club we do a combat shoot.

I used my new XDM exclusively

3 Shooting stages
12FT (12 Shots)
20FT (6 Shots)
30FT (They say 18 but I shoot whatever my magazine holds)

First 12 shots are dead center in the 2inx2in square. I already love it and enjoy it more than the Sig I just sold.
