yes the .400 corbon would be an awsome round!!! I am surprised that several others also like the 10mm so much. I just got a 10mm [email protected]% the other day, it is a nice round. Double Tapp Ammo 165gr GDHP 1400fps 1.02" expansion 14.25" penetration on FBI protocol

I would like to see 10mm as well, but that would require a major frame redesign. I have already done layouts and w/ the current frame, the loading geometry just won't work as the round is too long.

38 super would be cool. Then I could have a 38 super I could actually hold in my hand comfortably.

10 is the limit because of the rimmed cartridge and the way they stack in the magazine. They wouldn't feed reliably with more (so I have read). You could probably have a curved mag that would hold more but that would be annoying too.

Oh, I'd buy a .22lr conversion for the XD too.

Sorry folks- but I don't expect SFA to re-engineer the XD for 10mm, .400 CB, or .45 ACP. I pestered them for nearly two years for a .45 ACP XD, and you see what we got.

I don't dislike the .45 GAP, but I am well-stocked in .40 S&W and .45 ACP brass and I am not interested in sorting out the GAP brass on top of everything else. It's enough of a pain just sorting the .40/.45 ACP as it is.

Y'all can have the GAP, and I'll keep my 1911's.
