What I really don't understand from a design standpoint is why the sleeve on the extended magazine doesn't have the same stipple texturing. Looks like they are shipping the Mod 2's with old extended magazine sleeves.
Poor execution of a decent design. The text on the side really kills it too. I wish they would have gone with the stipple texture all the way around the grip.
Also, for all the "work" they put into this, you'd think the "Grip Zones" would be panels that you could replace.

Agreed. I'd like to see lettering for "Slide Zone", "bullet discharge zone", and "loading zone". And maybe "aiming zone" by the sights.
