Kinda depends on the cut as to how RARE I like it. Dark pink to red in the center is good stuff.:D:D:D:D

Dang, now I am hungry again.:rolleyes:

Medium rare.

Lately, I've been craving for some Picanha - Brazilian churrascaria style flame-kissed top sirloin. Ummmmm, good. Something about that special salt seasoning they put on it and how it's cooked in open flame, then slice it thin so you get the burnt outer part with juicy red meat inside - melts like butter in my mouth.....

Damn, I'm hungry...

Medium Rare and let it sit for 2-3 three minutes which cooks it some so it perfect. Always grilled.
