I've ordered from his website two different times and the service was excellent. I've pm'd him questions on his duracoating process and he responded to them very quickly. When I bought raffle tickets from him over the phone he was very polite. Actually, he was too polite.......he kept calling me sir.

He also gives advice for free on this forum. How many threads have people posted where they did something to their xd or couldn't figure out how to put something back together and James fixed their problems.

Remember, anytime you run a business, no matter how hard you try there will always be someone who makes a stink because you can't please everyone all of the time.

I've dealt with James on a couple of different occasions. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Everything went smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to do business with him again.

He's cool, bought a few things from him. Asked him for advice on a few occasions, during which he saved me a lot of time and wasted effort.

He's answered my all of my questions, even the ones I've asked more than once. That's good enough for me to give him my money.
