I have a Gcode for my 9mm Service model. I have both the paddle attachment and the IWB one. The holster itself works really well. The draw is clean and fast and the adjustment screw allows you to set the retention. The only problem I have is the bulk of the holster. With the paddle, it's a bit far from the belt, and the IWB setup is a bit thick as well. This is probably magnified for me as I'm quite thin, but I am considering getting something that will tuck things in a little tighter. There is also a belt loop attachment that may be better, but I haven't tried that.
Now, for a caveat, if you get both IWB and OWB systems, I find that I have to adjust the tension screw when switching. The IWB setup gets additional tension from the belt, so if you set the screw to be right for that, it will be too loose when using it OWB, and vice versa. Probably not a big deal unless you're switching back and forth a lot.
