Hey everyone...I just want some input on My new Holster. I am torn between the Don Hume Open Top Double Nine Belt Holster (H721 OT), The Don Hume Double Nine (H721), The DeSantis Speed Scabbard. Could anyone give me some help on this decision?? Thanks!

Not to add to your anquish, but have you seen the Hume "Agent"? It is a pancake holster and very nice looking. A lot of guys go with the Open Top because it is simple, yet quality.

I wish I could be of more help to you. For me, it is like picking a favorite child.

I just bought the Hume Open Top from Old School a few weeks ago. It seems to be a very good holster, especially for the price and service I got from Pistol Gear. It didn't take long to break in and have already used it for CCW and a few local IDPA-style funshoots. I'm not used to thumbreak holsters, so the open top was the choice for me. Good luck with your choice...it took me a few weeks to decide the "perfect" model and style for me.

So many choices.....

Should be getting the Hume J.I.T. Slide that was on closeout for $20, can't remember where but looking forward to getting it. Hume seems to be pretty resonable in price. I will post when I get it and tell you where it came from.
