I just bought a xdm .45acp with the threaded barrel and surpressor sights I'm having trouble finding a holster to fit it I would prefer a kydex holster I'm afraid I'm gonna have to go the custom route. Any suggestions

Most holsters should have a big enough channel for higher sights. I own Alien Gear, Stealth Gear, Hidden Hybrid and Crossbreed and they all will allow for the suppressor height sights. FYI they're not listed as suppressor sight models.
