Have you done your mad scientist experiments with those light pipes yet?

Well I put the clear nail polish on the and they have not melted and have not turned yellow yet, so only time will tell. I have them sitting out side to try to turn it yellow so I am checking out how long it takes.

Cool, and they still transmit light eh?

I'm thinking about using a TFO front and Meprolight rear, if the heights are right.

But I don't want them to melt.

Man_In_Camo, Tru glo still has not returned your sights, so what do you think aboout the replacements?
XD-9Sub68, I am not shure about polydunk is there any warnings about styrene plastic on the product?

I like them a lot. Especially for since its my carry gun. If I were to compete I would bet better off with a different sight... but I shot a 7 yard rapid fire grouping of about 5-6" I was impressed at how fast the target aquisition was. My buddy who I go shooting with and shoots my gun regularly agreed that they are very nice sights.

I'm still working on getting fine-tuning accuracy down. I've only put about 150 rounds downrange since the new sights have been put on.
