For whatever reason, I want to take of my Trijicon night sights and have my factory sights put back on.

Haven't had any problems, I just liked the factory sights better. Now I just need to remember where I put them.

Am I nuts?

Which trijicons? The new HD ones or the old style? I'm looking at night sights that I can also use for competition shooting.

They are not HD's.

You left your old factory sights in the same box that the night sights came in and you put them in the bottom drawer.

I have people send slides to do that all the time. But usually it is so they can sell the pistol and sights separate. You have to do what right for you, if you like the stock ones go for it.
