i hope it was a small order you placed... sounds shady :-\
It was a $23 order, just to try the product out. I just got a electronic email confirmation that the order was processed for shipment this morning. Granted they even physically mail the package and get it in the mail stream. That might take another 5 days.i hope it was a small order you placed... sounds shady :-\
Guess I wasn't so lucky. Taking 5 days to process an order sucks in my opinion. I'll check tracking this evening to see if it even makes it to the post office today.I had no problems ordering from that site about 6 months ago. I'm also happy with the product.
Easier said than done, if they offered this product in local stores that's the route I would have taken.Seems much easier to buy locally. At least you don't have to worry about whether or not you're gonna get your stuff or who has your info. If at all possible, buy local and use cash.
Yes I caught that after I placed the order. Next time I'll go straight to the source. I saw mention of Gunzilla on several other forums so I figured they were good. Found out otherwise. 2 emails and 2 phone calls later with no response in the 5 days after I ordered, piss poor customer service.I purchased mine directly through Top Duck Products, LLC., Creators of Superzilla and Gunzilla. It seems you ordered from a Gunzilla "Authorized" dealer,
"This website is owned and maintained by the GSTTRAININGGST Training is a dealer for Gunzilla products."(as per their website). Hopefully it will come in soon, best of luck. It's a great product btw.
Usually, but I used Paypal and that's usually instant. Either way I look at it, 1-3 days to process an order is fair, 4 and over is a bit excessive in my book. I've ordered from some of the preferred vendors on XDTalk and have had items go out the same day if not next day. To me it's all about the service if you want to keep your business running.Usually your money doesnt get deducted until your item is ready for shipment... So hopefully your goods are on their way.
I've been buying tons of stuff for my new XD9 and 45 lately. I've used Sinclair, Powder River Precision, TalonGrips, Palmetto State Armory, Glens Outdoors, SGAmmo, Surplus Ammo, and Midway. Every one of them have processed my order within 1-3 days tops. 80% of them within 1 day. I had to contact Powder River Precision and Talon Grips directly (phone and/or email) and got responses the same day or withing 24 hours. Customer service does go a long way, because guess what, I've referred all of these sites to other people. TalonGrips, Palmetto, SGAmmo, and Midway have gotten a good share of business from the people I've referred. It definitely pays to take care of your customers and provide good service. All it takes is one unhappy customer for you to lose some business, especially with word of mouth from the internet.I ran into the same thing a few weeks ago when ordering my AR10 and a spare mag for it from Prairie arms both showed "in stock" at the time.....will never order from them again. Like you, a few days went by and my order showed as "processing" so I called/emailed with no response. I finally got through on day 9 asking what was going on because they showed 3 on hand before my order, after my order it dropped to 2 on hand. She explained that that wasn't their stock, but their suppliers warehouse and everything had been ordered in. The rifle had arrived that day, but no mag. So I said "If the mag doesn't come in tomorrow (which they showed 25+ in stock) , just cancel the mag only, and ship the rifle" so 2 days later I called again, finally got through and had to ask again. The 12th day I received an email stating I was getting a credit of the price of the mag, minus 20% restocking fee and they shipped the rifle. Day 16 I received it just fine. I wasn't expecting it instantly (the stuff I ordered) but customer service goes a LONG way these days.....
