He's asking if the HOLSTER's are the same, not the mags. And I don't think he got a GAP, I think it's ACP.

A holster for the XD will fit all models. As for the mags, they are becoming available. We have a batch due in next week.

SA does not make the XD for 45 ACP. (At least not that I can find on SA's website).

You lucky dog! I want to shoot ANYTHING in the .45GAP!

I am a big fan of the .45ACP and the thought of the same ballistics and such out of a smaller round gets my blood a pumpin'.

Let us know what you think of your new gun after you take it out to shoot. I am especially curious about the recoil of the GAP.

Re how does the .45 GAP shoot, and sorry Marine, I dont have pictures, they shoot great. I took mine to the range for the first time Saturday and shot side by side with a XD 40. We swapped a few clips and I noticed no signifigant difference.

I wonder though, that after a 500 round plus day, will it make a difference? Mabye after I learn to re load will I than get to shoot 500 rds.

Sorry Chrisman17, I can't read sometimes, about the holsters and NOT magazines. There are alot of great choices for holsters, check around for some recomendations. There is not an XD in 45acp, that I know of. Again, welcome and congrats on the tactical.

Sorry, I didn't know that. I coulda swore I saw one at the place where I bought my XD-40 from. Mighta been a GAP tho. Didn't look at it close since I wasn't in the market for a .45, I was after the .40.
