Went for a 4" .40 bitone but they were out.
So I got a barely, barely used 4" .40 w/standare blue
but with a insight M6 light/laser combo for $425.
Came with 2 clinton 10rd'ers also.

How ya like that, considering those M6s run about 300 alone.?

Actually that crossed my mind, putting it on ebay
for about 200, but I highly doubt it. This thing is pretty
cool. You can look at it two ways. Buying the gun and getting
the M6 free for buying the M6 and getting the XD for 125.

Either way I jumped on it.

Anyone know how durable this M6 is.
I'm not planning of shotting with it other than
a little testing of the lasers accuracy but
how hard is it on the unit to take a beating.
Are there parts that need to be replaced regularly other
than batterys like lens maybe??

Too bad I just put Mepros on my G21, I think I have a new
bedside unit 8)

My M6 has handled all the abuse that I could give it. The light, though is the best part. The laser holds it's zero pretty well, but I see it more as a type of "negotiation device" than as an aiming device. Just my $.02. Enjoy, and good deal!

Anthony Arms, I go past there alot so I stop a few
times a month. Its hit and miss like most places.
They said that they weren't in it too high cause the guy
needed cash for Xmas gifts, not trade in.

Nothing would compare to my buddy that came out
of Gander Mountain with a used G17 w/trijicons for $209, and in
nice shape, he was told the same thing, guy needed Xmas
money.

I'd say it be worth stopping by gun stores near large malls
around the holidays.

I've had my Insights Tech M6 go through over 200 rounds of OO Buck on my Rem 870, then several hundred rounds with my .40 Tactical. Seems pretty sturdy to me.

Eventually, you will need a new lens. I'd certainly have one on hand and ready to go!
