Been looking for a 223 bolt gun for the wife for a few weeks now. Found a really good deal on one at arfcom, and had to pick it up. Got it for $625 shipped to my FFL., about $100 under MSRP.

The CZ's can shoot very well and I just about bought one in 223 after shooting the one I have in 17HH but the website didn't list the 223 as having a 1:9 twist, so I bought a Savage

Every cz owned is extremely accurate. The older versions in 223 had a slow twist rate and short leade. When you get it, look at the caliber stamp on the barrel. If it has the 5.56 Nato and .223 stamp, it might have the faster twist and longer leade. Would prefer one with chamber and twist that can handle both.

I love this gun, more importantly, the wife loves this gun.

Looks like it'll shoot one ragged hole. I am absolutely stoked.
Looks great. What scope is that?
