hello everyone;
i went to a gun show here in tennessee last sat.
there were two dealers there selling xd at very good prices.
one was selling 5", 4", and SC for $430.00

the other dealer had only 4" and sc in 9,357,and 40 going for $415.
he had a few with the package(gun 3mag. and holster) for $475.

i was looking for a 5" and the first dealer was selling his last one when i arrived but told me he could order another for the same price. he stated that if i ordered by tues. that he could have it by this comming weekend.
and would deliever it to me at the gunshow in memphis.

however i stopped at a small town gun shop on the way back to memphis
and found a used 5", gun in great shape except for holster ware near front sight. i bought it for $200. it came in original box, all papers, and 2 ten round mags.

if anyone is intrested in what these dealers have, i will see them this next weekend and will get there addresses and phone numbers.

i did a trigger job on the 5" and shot it yesterday, man does it shoot great.

yes i sure did, and think, i would have missed it if that dealer had another
tact.
i was bitten by the xd bug not long ago and have been checking every pawn shop and gun shop i come across.
when i got my xd 4" 357sig at a pawn shop for $275 i thought i was very lucky, but this 5" deal was very unexepted.
there seems to be quite a few xd around here and this is big glock country, the dealer i bought the tact from was selling used glocks starting at $475 and they were very used.

score me one of those deals and I'll pick it up from you in May when I run the road course at MMP.

I know, I know, it's not legal. But seriously, if you do find some more deals like that around Millington, I'd be interested in checking those stores out when I am down there in May.

Yeah, the dealers were not supposed to be charging extra for this package. It was a promo item from springfield, and it was supposed to cost the same as just the SC. The dealer i got my from observed this policy, so I think I got it for like $440

Nice buy, man seems like good deals flock to you. I am curious where you guys hear about gun shows, they don't advertize them in the paper in my state, and the local shop I go to does not participate so they don't have flyers. If there a good website to check out or? Thanks in advance.
