    Welcome to the ex Optics Planet Consumer Club. Sit, stay a while.

    It doesn't help that they are a drop-ship middle man. Nothing wrong with that but not everyone is good at it. Amazon seems to have it down to a science. Even then, be careful who you buy from. Optics Planet, not so much.

    Add me to the list of ex-customers. Ordered item shows in stock, I'm on my third day of waiting for it to ship. All I get from them is "It's being processed."

    On Monday try their chat feature. Remind them it says it is "in stock" and tell them they can have it shipped from what ever location they get it from directly to you at their cost, because they still lie about their stock.

    Well I have always had great service from them. Recently ordered a holster and had it quicker than estimated. All companies have problems sometimes. My experience with them has always been good.

    UPDATE:

    Recent order [several weeks ago] they sent me wrong items, e mailed and get response after several days saying I can get 10% off next order. Tried calling and after being on hold for about 10 minutes I just hung up. Get another e mail back and they say to call and they will consider letting me send back.....it was their error. Well I guess they are heading down the tubes and no longer care as much about customer service.
