I think I used to have a similar round that was "military issue" but had a round nosed bullet. They came in the same kind of box. I didn't chrono those, but they were pretty brisk. Seeing your results in the 4.5" XDm at around 1330fps they seem "good enough" as a defense round, generating over 152 power factor which is quite good for a 9X19 round suitable for carry.

Didn't watch the vid but that's pretty good velocity for the 9BPLE +P+. That is the load Ruger tested with 20,000 rounds fired in their 3.9" P-95 and I believe average velocity was more like 1250 FPS from the shorter barrel. At 1330 FPS, that's 452 Ft/Lbs of muzzle energy with .679 Lb-seconds of momentum. Nothing wrong with that!
