The new duty-size Springfield Armory Echelon is nice, but I think I will wait for a G19-size 15rd 4" barrel version. I did a 1 minute MS Paint mock up. It is not perfect at the muzzle end and doesn't claim to be dimensionally perfect, just eyeballing it. Echelon Full-size on top and Echelon Compact mock up below. I think a Compact version would sell 5-10 times as much as the current model. What do you think?

Yeah... I probably am.
That compact looks pretty sick. With the modular trigger group and what surely will be a good aftermarket support, I'm sure eventually we'll have a dozen different frame options, like the Sig P320 and all the aftermarket and OE frame options they have now.
