I'd go SubCompact -- it'd be "homies" with my XD Sub that I purchased in 2008.

Thinking of the XD/XDm going away -- hard to think about but the pistol market is changing and there's not much interest in a grip safety from the folks I know/shoot with.

The Hellcat Pro is great if you want a slimmer option.

My wife has one -- after a few magazines of that I'm all in on the "standard" grip size pistols.

Thanks! These are just one minute MS Paint cut&paste and not even fancy Photoshop. But fairly certain the gun designers in Croatia are already making prototype cutdown versions of the Echelon. They probably sell more models by staggered release so people end up buying more than one model.

View attachment 986698 Might be bad timing for the Echelon 4.0C, which should have been the first version of the Echelon a year ago. The newly released Ruger RXM is about half the price if you already hoard Glock 19 magazines, with a modular operating group, no-plate optics mounting, and many other improvements on the Gen 3 Glock 19.

This is a very exciting firearm. I'm a LH shooter and that mag release kinda digs @ me the wrong way. Putting that aside and making slight grip mods this is an amazing gun at a great price!
