done that and screwed it up. Want to try the trigger bar so I can adjust it easily
If you screwed up the Powder River overtravel stop I would not recommend that you try the drill and tap trigger bar. The trigger bar a hard steel and not that easy to drill and tap straight even with a drill press. Any way Daniel at Powder River can get you everything you need to do the job.

We have stock trigger bars on our online store, $20 drilled and tapped, just note in the comments when you check out.

I don't suggest tapping the trigger bar as it makes it more prone to failure.

I had Daniel at Powder River drill and tap mine.
I don't have the proper tools to do it.
I guess he preset the screw for me because I never did have to adjust it.
I did all that when I installed his saftey lever.
It was a 100% improvement over the stock trigger.
All this was before he started making the over-travel stop.

Some people have drilled the frame and installed the set screw in the frame.
But that option never did appeal to me.
If I had to do it over again I'd buy a trigger bar from Springer.
