I stumbed across this - its listed as 32rds for a 9mm. Would this work also in the XD40 as maybe 25-27rds?

Are there any other high cap options for a XD40 other than the 12rd.

This wouldnt be for carry, just added capacity at the range.

yes. Just carry your new high capacity mag for your spare.

You might need to tweek the feed lips a bit for the 40. Just open them up so that they are the same as your factory mags.
