They can be described as follows:

Color:------Glow color:
Original---- Light Green.
Green------Green
Yellow------Yellowish Green
Orange-----Greenish Orange
Red---------Greenish Red.
Blue--------Blue
White-------Aqua

Can you explain the "greenish red color?

While colors can be defined by their position on the electromagnetic spectrum (complicated...) they are relative when we try to describe what we see.
For instance they can be cold or warm, but, only in relation of adjacent color.


Complicated still?

Two things:
This technology reacts to light.
For every action there is a reaction, the world around us reacts to what we do.

Whatever you need to do with your firearm requires some action, so yes sometimes you'll need to do that.
