Did you do it yourself? How hard is it to do?

not bad once you get the old sights out which can be a pain, you will need a vice and a couple of punches and depending on sights installed a small jewelers file and some blue loctite

I recently put new Dawons on my XD-9. The rear just slides right in and is pinned with two set screws you locktite in. The front sight came right off with just 2 wacks of a plastic hammer. right to left when looking down at the slide. My slide is hardchromed, so maybe that helps. New sight just tapped right in after some filing on the base. green locktited in. Took me 30 minutes start to finish.
