Ok when I got my rifle I went to Wal-Mart and bought there Winchester gun cleaning kit. It has the copper and cloth brushes from .17 clear up to 12 gauge. Along with rods, handle and plugs, pads.

My question is can the cloth parts be cleaned? If so should I use something like dish soap or laundry soap? Or stop being a cheap skate and just buy new ones?

The brass brushes and the cloth ones wear out. We have to buy more and stimulate the economy. With use they don't last long anyway.

Still fits tight in bore just dirty. So I want to clean it unless there is a place I can buy 9mm and 22 brushes in bulk.

The cloth brush? Wash it with Dawn and air dry. Dawn is a fantastic degreaser. The cheapest hand cleaner I've found is using dawn with some used coffee grounds. Don't use coffee grounds on the brush though.

Those are best for swabbing a barrel with oil after you've run enough patches through the barrel that they come out clean though ;)
