I've got two Tennessee Holsters IWB's, a High Noon Pocket Grabber and a High Noon Split Decision, and I haven't had this problem with any of them. Best thing to do is get yourself a snap cap (shouldn't do it with a live round), sit down in front of the tv and watch your favorite movie and just keep pulling the gun in and out of the holster. Yes, you'll wear a little slot in the top of the holster but it shouldn't hurt anything.
Or, you can loosen it up by wrapping the gun in Saran Wrap, run hot water thru the holster and get it good and wet, then put the gun in and let it sit overnight. That will easily loosen up a tight holster.
