Can your gun sights do this?
Can you do it with all your firearms?
Did you pay less than $15.00?
did yu share with your friends?
Were you able to get it in different colors?

If you answer "no" to any of this questions maybe you can benefit from it.

This is basically how this works in the dark:

The sights surface has been cleaned with powder or oil previously, a good scrub with hi grade alcohol does the trick.
Then a transparent layer of nail polish of good quality then oil or powder can be used to clean it again.

If there is oil residue, even one bit under the paint, when we clean the gun the il gets under the paint and the paint falls.

Another solution is to make the dots with the paint over a rubbery craft pad, aftr it dries one can peel it off then use Super Glue Gel to place the dots.
