Botach sucks ass.

When I called to make an inquiry, it took 3 tries for them to pick up the phone. When they finally did, I was immediately put on hold and after 10 minutes of waiting, I went into "**** this ****" mode and hung up.

Their whole family are ballbags. His nephew tried to screw over the military for millions of dollars.
