Yes it is gold. I tried red, blue, white, and yellow but i liked gold the best

I ordered an XDm BiTone through a local dealer last week and ended up with a 'black on black' which I am happier with after the fact ...

I was planning black colouring on the BiTone ... that's not gonna work on the 'black on black' !!!

I have gold on mine as well as red, white, & blue in places. I have pics of it in the "coloring in your engravings" thread.

You can buy Laquer Sticks from Brownells or maybe your local hardware store. They are easier and a little more permanent than nail polidh or crayons
