Hi Everyone,
I purchases a m&P ar15 a few months ago for medium and long distance target shooting but the rifle did not come stock with sights. I was wondering if I could get some opinions on which sights to purchase under $200. Thank you for your help in advance.

a "used" set of Troy battlesights.

a set of the similar sights made by Midwest Industries
I like HK style sites the best. To me nothing works or looks better. You can run them by themselves or in addition to a red dot.

Here are the C4's striaght from ranierarms.com

I got these sights on sale. I like how low the rear sight folds - it tucks under the scope eye piece which was hard to find as the scope is a 3-12x50+

Here is the link: Online Store — DPMS: AR-15 Rifles, Parts and Accessories.

I got them on sale and they work well.

How about some HK MP7 sites? They work even when folded down, in case of emergency situations. Here is what they look like close up. Below are not real but is the most detailed pics I can find of Mp7 sites.

Also you might want to really consider the HK style fixed sites. Here some porn for you :D

I don't like the Troy price. If you are going to pay $250 (for the set) for sites you might as well get some trick ones. You can pick up some MI's for $160 if you want regular style sites. The spring on the MI is also smoother and they also look better than the Troy. You get all this for $90 less.

But the name "Troy" does have more of an appeal to them, if $90 does not mean that much to you and you need the appeal, then by all means get the Troy.
Troy Battle Sights.
Because you use them right?

I could ask you the same........HK sights, why because you use them ?

Hopefully soon when I get the money. Right now you have to put the words "wish" between the words "you" and "use" I do have have some Troys though, and they really don't do anything special. HK sites has windage adjustments do the Troys have that?

Yes the Troy Battle Sight is windage adjustable.
FYI. Troy makes an HK style front sight.

my bad i meant to say elevation, since they all come with windage adjustments. Standard flip up sites such as MI and Troys work just fine, but man those HK sites are like porn.

Still doesn't change the fact that they don't flip up.

The HK MP7 sites do.
ELEVATION is adjusted with the front sight.

These are about the dumbest things I've ever seen.
