I assume you have already sent this back to be fixed however for future reference. The chamber may not even have to be reamed. It could just have a burr or is a bit rough, You can take some fine sandpaper put it on a dowel rod and clean that up a little yourself, sometimes just shinning up your chamber will fix the problem.
Just dont think about removing material when you do it think more buffing. In most cases very little material needs to be removed to fix the problem.
I had a similar problem in one of my 1911's that I built, a couple minutes with some 800a sandpaper and it was working like a charm.
