Well, I want a suppressor and the wife says no new gun $$ spent, so I need to move this AR15. I built this one by hand (as I have many others) and selected the parts with a lightweight carbine build in mind that would work as well with iron sights as it would with a 1-4x scope. With that in mind, here are the main components:
Daniel Defense 16” M4 5.56x45mm barrel, 1 in 7" twist
Daniel Defense Upper
Daniel Defense front and rear fixed sights
Doublestar Lower
Magpul MOE stock (FDE)
Magpul trigger guard (FDE)
Midwest Industries rifle-length SS-series aluminum free float tube (FDE)
Vortex flash hider
Tango Down battlegrip (FDE)
Vertical forend grip (FDE)
KNS anti-walk pin set

Condition is excellent, the only flaw is a small mar spot on the handguard where a light mount's screw rubbed. Maybe a 16th of an inch in diameter.

Round count is less than 200. I basically shot it enough to verify function and sight in the irons, and that's it.

No way could you build this gun for less than $1,000, but I also understand the market and so I’m only asking $800 plus $25 in shipping to your FFL. If you are interested but don’t want everything (sights or whatever) let me know. No desire to separate upper and lower at this point.

I take money orders or cashier’s checks. Let me know if you have questions! Thanks for looking.

Eh, she's actually not controlling about it. I hate selling guns but I want another suppressor really badly and I can't justify another $1000 spent right now, so I use her as an excuse to help ease the gun-selling pain. :)

Shooting my 300AAC project with subsonics through a can with no earpro should also help ease the sting.

How do we go about owning weapon-mounted hearing protection in Missouri? I want one for my Beretta 96. Start a thread and PM me a link or something!

Search "NFA Form 4" and you'll find out everythign you need. Only difference is that in MO you need an FFL - a C&R will suffice. Get your C&R then find an NFA dealer, they'll help you through the paperwork.
