Anyone swap sights on their Hellcat?

I’ve had my HC Pro for 10 months (4000+ rounds) and really like it. I do want to swap at least the rear sight for one that’s better for low light conditions though. I’ve looked online, but not finding much of anything specific to this pistol outside of the Truglo TFX Pro. Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Just purchased a set of Ameriglo Troopers for my HC Pro. Waiting for them to be installed.

I sent the slide to XD Man for the installation. Just received it back today. Very pleased with both the sights and installation. Nice clean sight picture with a good amount of light on both sides of the front sight. I’ll shoot it later this week to verify POA/POI.

Shot the HC Pro yesterday. Sights are dead on all the way to 25 yards. POI just above the top of the front sight post (for me) - using 6 o'clock hold. Very pleased with these sights. Highly recommend them to anyone considering changing out the U shaped rear sight. The factory sights were fine for a quick sight picture but I had trouble getting a good sight picture @ 10 yards and beyond.

Good to hear you like these sights. I’ve tried hard to give the rear U sight a chance for about 11 months, but thought it was time for a switch. My Troopers will be here Saturday, can’t wait.

Gun smith installed the sights and I ran three mags of ammo through the gun to check things. The smith did a good job and things line up well. I like the square notch better than the U and I now have tritium dots on the rear sight. The SA-819 AMERIGLO Trooper rear sight is just the right length and does not hang off the back of the slide.

Yup. Very happy with these sights. For me they are a big improvement over the factory sights. Glad they worked out for you too.
