In the manual it talks about field stripping the pistol for cleaning. I would like to break down the pistol further. I am in no way a gunsmith. How hard is it to do? Is there a book I can read or a video I can watch? What do you guys suggest.

Also I don't wanna be off topic but if can throw in some self defense and practical shooting book suggestions too that would be great
