Ameriglo CAP Sights ~ thoughts?

Does anyone have these sights, and if so, what are your thoughts?

How are they shooting? The rear isn't tritium, is that an issue?

I'm looking at them for my OD Gen 4 Glock 19.

I had them on the G30S that I sold..

I liked them..
I'd rather have Trijicon HD sights..

Thanks, 1LL. I have TFO's on all my other carry guns, but I'm looking for something different for this one. I may carry it, but it will mainly be used for range/competition. When I say competition, I don't mean the hardcore stuff. My range does weekly bowling pin tournament, low light tournament, and a USPSA style shoot.

I'll look into the HD's.
