Hey anyone, need your help, come across some Alliant Extra Lite, any good for 45acp and 9mm loads?

can't seem to find a burn rate or a recipe anywhere. Should I pass on the powder? Seems a shame with the current shortage of anything else.

Sorry, It's just too new, maybe I'll see if I can get a # local & work something up. Be good to have more options, just in case Wst doesn't make a comeback.

@ carstensXD45... In the meantime you could try to e-mail Alliant's reloading center. They have been willing in the past to answer questions related to newer powders like e3 and BE-86. Hopefully they will be able to tell you at least what burn range the stuff is in and what load values to use that are related to other known powders.
