The XD slide release is located such that it is easy to get your thumb against it and either actuate it early or prevent it from actuating after the last round. Does anyone make a modified version that would move it farther forward to a location more like a 1911?

I am looking for the same thing. But for different reasons. I'm a southpaw and am looking for something that moves it forward. I asked in here and someone said they make something that comes out wider. But I want something sending it further fwd.
