Wow. Talk about customer service! (kinda, cause I don't know if he actually knew I own a Don's Guide Rod or not!)
Today, I got an envelope of roll pins in the mail to replace the one that causes my firing pin to bind in my XD. He didn't charge me for these, nore did he charge me for the stamp. He just sent them to me no questions asked. People, let alone companies, don't do this kinda thing these days. My hat is off to you Don! Thank you!
