I posted a few days ago about the trouble I was having with my magpul enhanced trigger guard. That same day I had sent magpul an email inquiring about how to fix the issue with it not fitting correctly. Today I recieved an email from one of their reps apologizing for my having difficulty installing it. He said he hadn't heard of people having trigger guards that are out of spec but that he'd be glad to send me another one to try installing if I'd just email my address. I thanked him for the offer, but told him that I had managed to make it work. I was just glad to see some companies still offer great customer service like this.:-D

+1 You just don't see companies that do that anymore, what you get these days is companies that have departments in Bangladesh with the sole purpose making them unaccountable for anything at all.
