anyone know of a 9mm to 40 S & W conversion barrel like Federal makes for Glocks?

I don't know for sure, but I think you can't go from 9mm to .40, but you can go from .40 to 9mm. The .40's slide is slightly wider than the 9mm slide.

MrT is correct. You can't go from 9 to 40 or 357, only down from 40/357.
