I picked up a 1st Generation HS2000 for $280.00. I already had a 3rd Generation. Guess maybe I need a 2nd Generation now? Anyway, do any of you have any crystal balls that would forecast the collectability of the 1st Generation HS2K? Or should I just shoot as a range gun, to practice for my 3rd Generation when I might need it.

Just how common is the 1st Generation HS2000? As compared to the other versions?

Put in real perspective, there was just a tad over
5,000 machines imported by the first importer.

There are no numbers of the brakedown of each
generation, but the Gen. 2 appeared to be the
most scarce as reported over the years by members
of this forum.

Be like the rest of us, shoot those buggers!

The only one I have not shot was the Gen 2 I have, and thats becuase I am almost positive that its brand new. And when I get my second gen 3 that will be a safe queen, and the gen 3 I have nnow will be shot since it was used anyway. Oh my gen 1 was my carry/compition gun for about 4 yrs and was/is heavely used.

Yes, go shoot it!

It took me 2 weeks to get the time to go shoot my Gen1, but when I did, I swear, the thing had eyes and aimed it's self!!!

6" X 6" grouping at 15 yards with 25 rounds.

Here is a link to my first post about my Gen1.

After shooting my GEN1, I shot my buddy's Glock 357sig.
I have never felt so much trigger slap in my life, it actually hurt.
No wonder he has finger blisters when he shoots.

Good find... go get some high cap mags.
