I've put in emails to both EFK and Barsto requesting possibly ordering a 16" Barrel for my XD. No answers back from either. What I want to do is construct an XD Carbine. :twisted:

Anyone know the odds, good or bad of me being able to make this happen? Anyone know any other options I'm not seeing? Anyone want to help me make this happen? :?:

Bar Sto, doesn't make any barrels 16" long. If you are able to find one I am not sure that you will be able to get into the slide.

Yeah, I may be screwed as far as that option is concerned. I may have to make a carbine from my Steyr M9, or pay the Short Barreled Rifle Class III Tax.

You may want to go with a high performance pistol like my XP-100 or the Contender.
