wow aint that unfortunate. I wonder whats gonn happen to the show
American Guns is better anyway.
If I am reading the article correctly, since 2010, RJF was being run by Vincent and NOT Will and Steph? If that is correct, then shame on the producers of the show to cast them in the light of running the company, and I wonder if charges could be brought against them since they are portrayed in that way, in contradiction of their deal with the ATF... This whole show just put a disgusting taste in my mouth.
I like the show......
it wasnt bad for entertainment purposes. nothing gun related on tv right now is very entertaining as it is, so yeah....
Sounds like they are repeat rule breakers trying to skirt the rules and deal they made previously. Bad news for them....
+1 sure is. better talent.
actually sounds to me from that article they are the money behind the business so they only "work" for him in name. He is responsible ultimately for the books, so makes sure they don't do anything illegal I think its fine. When was the show filmed? Unless the film was before they lost their ffl I don't see the show changing any by this. Loosing 10 guns just means they are criminals/idiots/fools and that should be in how we view the show.
It's TV, pretty much anything involved is fake or illegal for civies to do.
Considering the source of the "news" I doubt they "lost" anything. Probably just a lost set of numbers from scrapped receivers. Happens all the time in big companies.

Here is a copy of the court proceedings for Will. Vince quit the company about 3 months ago and supposedly has just received the last of his buyout money from will according to what he posted on Facebook not to long ago. Mesa Kinetic Research is Vince Buckles new company.
This is not a good show in any case.
Does anyone remember "Cavalry Arms" in Arizona, they have manufactured Ar-15's and sold that part of the business as a result of selling a weapon out of state. ATF is tough when the laws are broken.
